Delivery Information

How much is delivery & when will I get my order?

Standard delivery is £1.99 and will be delivered within 3-5 working days.  Orders over £30 are free (the free delivery threshold is subject to change but will be clear on your order summary).

Express delivery is £3.99 and will be delivered in 1-2 working days.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment via PayPal, credit or debit card.  You will be asked for payment at checkout and on confirmation of payment we'll ship your order.

Returns

We offer no-fuss returns within 30 days. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, just let us know and send the products back to us. We'll cover the cost of the return and refund you for your purchase. If you need to make a return please email info@paladone.com or call 01273 230037.

Pre Order

Can I pre-order/forward order/back order products that aren’t in stock?

Yes, items available for pre-order are clearly labelled and you can add them to your basket like any other product.
