Delivery Information

What is Paladone’s minimum order/carriage policy?

•  UK Mainland – our minimum order is £250 (before VAT), the delivery charge is £15 for all orders up to £450 - any order over £450 is free delivery.

•  EXPORT – Please email info@paladone.com for more details.

When will my order be delivered?

Paladone work on a 3 working days’ order processing cycle. Therefore, if your order is placed on day 1 it will be delivered on day 3. This can change in peak season.

Returns

We accept returns for damaged, faulty or missing goods.  You can cancel your order and receive a refund if you notify us within 14 days of placing your order.

Pre Order

Can I pre-order/forward order/back order products that aren’t in stock?

Yes, items available for pre-order are clearly labelled and you can add them to your basket like any other product.

  • Pre order items have a zero value at checkout, you will be contacted for payment prior to delivery
  • If your order ONLY consists of pre-order items, it must be over £150 to checkout OR use the new “Add to existing order button” where you can bypass our minimum order value rules to add small top ups to your existing order (if you have one)
  • When part of a mixed basket, pre-order items do not contribute to order totals, so existing rules of £150 MOV and £300 for free carriage still apply

Sales Channels

Can I sell Paladone products on marketplaces such as Ebay or Amazon?

We are no longer accepting customers who sell on online marketplaces (i.e. eBay or Amazon), please abide by this request. If you are found to be selling on any of the sites below your account will be suspended;

Can I sell Paladone products on marketplaces such as Facebook or Instagram?

We are no longer accepting customers who operate solely on Social Media, please abide by this request. If you are found to be selling on any of the sites below without another platform your account will be suspended.

Can I sell products overseas?

If you plan to sell our products oversees please contact us first and let us know which territories you plan to sell into. Some of our products are subject to licensor restrictions and are only tested to UK standards, so it is important that you seek our advice on this before exporting our products outside the UK. 

Payment

How do I pay for my order?

Once you have placed your order through the website you will be sent an invoice either before the goods have been sent (if paying pro-forma) or after they have been sent (if you have a credit account). Pro-forma invoices are usually emailed to avoid delays; credit invoices are normally sent through the post unless you state you would like them emailed.
